Technical Configuration

The MGB semi-gantry crane is built to project-specific specifications, with capacity, span, and lifting height fully customized to match the operational requirements of each facility. Capacity typically ranges from 5 tons to 50 tons, though heavier configurations can be engineered upon request. Span is determined by the workshop width and the required clearance, generally available from 10 meters to 35 meters, with lifting heights from 6 meters to 18 meters or more. The crane is available in both single-girder and double-girder configurations, with the double-girder version offering greater rigidity and higher capacity for demanding applications. The main girder is fabricated from Q235B or Q345B steel, fully welded and stress-relieved to ensure structural stability. All electrical components are sourced from recognized international suppliers, with Schneider and Siemens as standard optional choices for the main control system, including variable frequency drives for smooth acceleration and deceleration. Control options include cabin operation, radio remote control, and pendant control, allowing the buyer to select the interface best suited to their workflow. Safety devices are comprehensive and include overload limiters, buffer stops, anti-collision systems, emergency stop buttons, and travel limit switches for both cross-travel and long-travel motions. Optional features such as magnet control, grab bucket operation, explosion-proof electricals, and corrosion-resistant paint systems are available for specialized environments.
