The hoisting mechanism utilizes a CD1 or MD1 electric wire rope hoist, with dual-speed lifting available as standard for capacities above 10 tons. For the electrical system, buyers may select standard Chinese-branded components or upgrade to Schneider or Siemens contactors, circuit breakers, and variable frequency drives for smoother acceleration and deceleration. Control modes include cabin operation with a full-view glass cab, wireless remote control with a range of up to 100 meters, or a pendant station with a 6-meter control cable. Safety devices are comprehensive: overload limiter, emergency stop, upper and lower limit switches, buffer stops at both ends of the runway, and a wind speed alarm for outdoor installations. Optional features include a rotating spreader beam, magnet or grab attachment, explosion-proof electrical enclosures, and a galvanized finish for coastal environments.
