Technical Configuration

Technically, the MH gantry crane is engineered around a robust steel structure available in single-girder or double-girder configurations, depending on the load and span requirements. The capacity, span, and lifting height are fully project-specified, with standard capacities typically ranging from 1 ton to 20 tons, spans from 10 meters to 35 meters, and lifting heights up to 18 meters or more as needed. The main girder is fabricated from welded box-section steel in accordance with GB/T 3811 crane design standards, ensuring rigidity and fatigue resistance under continuous operation. The end carriages are equipped with heavy-duty travel wheels and rail sweeps, and the crane can be supplied with a single-end outrigger cantilever or no cantilever structure based on user requirements. The hoist mechanism is driven by a dedicated electric motor with dual-speed or variable-frequency control, and the electrical system can be specified with Schneider or Siemens components for enhanced reliability and global compatibility. Control options include cabin operation, radio remote control, or pendant control, all with emergency stop and overload protection devices. Standard safety features include limit switches for hoist and travel motions, buffer stops, anti-collision devices, and audible travel alarms. Optional upgrades include frequency inverters for smooth acceleration, corrosion-resistant paint for coastal environments, and explosion-proof electrical configurations for hazardous zones (excluding flammable/explosive materials, as the base model prohibits such use).
