Q: How do I get a price quote?

Q: What's the typical price range?
Pricing is project-specific because capacity / span / control / environment all affect cost. For a standard configuration, expect $XX,XXX (project-quoted). Reference prices are 30-50% below European brands at equivalent FEM working class.
Q: What's the lead time?
30-45 days production + 25-45 days sea freight = 60-90 days door-to-port total. Add ~10 days if CE certification is required (third-party inspection).
Q: Do you have CE / CCC certification for this model?
Yes — available per project. CE adds $800-1,500 and ~10 days lead time. CCC adds $400-800 and ~15 days lead time. SGS third-party inspection adds $500-1,500.
Q: What about installation?
Two options: (1) Our 2 engineers on-site for 7-14 days (buyer covers travel + accommodation + $200/day service), includes commissioning + operator training; (2) Self-installation with detailed CAD drawings + remote video guidance (free).
Q: What's the warranty?
12 months from commissioning, or 14 months from shipment (whichever earlier). Manufacturing defects + electrical components + motors. Wear parts (brake pads, wire ropes, hooks) excluded. Spare parts free during warranty period (you cover shipping).
Q: Payment terms?
30% T/T deposit on PI + 70% T/T before shipment (most common). L/C at sight accepted for orders >$50K. We do not accept cryptocurrency.
Q: Can you customize this model?
Yes. Custom span up to 40m, lifting height up to 30m, explosion-proof / metallurgical / cold-storage variants, magnetic / grab attachments — all available. Adds 1-3 weeks to lead time depending on customization complexity.
