Technical Configuration

The LX suspension crane offers a standard lifting capacity range of 0.5 tons to 20 tons, with a span from 7.5 meters to 31.5 meters and lifting heights from 6 meters to 30 meters, accommodating a wide variety of facility layouts. The crane features a single-girder design with a welded box-section main beam, supported by end carriages that travel on I-beam rails fixed to the building’s roof structure. The hoisting mechanism is a CD1 or MD1 electric wire rope hoist, available in single-speed or dual-speed configurations for precise load positioning. The electrical system can be specified with Schneider or Siemens components for enhanced reliability and compliance with international standards. Control options include pendant handle control, wireless remote control, or a cockpit cabin for operator comfort, depending on the application’s complexity. Standard safety devices include overload limiters, emergency stop switches, travel limit switches for both cross-travel and long-travel motions, and anti-collision buffers. Optional features include variable frequency drives (VFD) for smooth acceleration and deceleration, IP55-rated electrical enclosures for dusty environments, and corrosion-resistant paint systems for humid or chemical-exposed facilities. The crane operates within an ambient temperature range of -25°C to +40°C and is strictly prohibited for use in flammable, explosive, or corrosive atmospheres unless specially customized.
