Technical Configuration

Technical configuration is fully project-specified to match your operational requirements. The hoist covers a standard capacity range from 0.1 tons to 60 tons, with lifting heights from 3 meters to 120 meters. Span and runway dimensions are engineered per your site layout, supporting single-girder and double-girder bridge crane configurations as well as monorail and jib crane installations. The drive mechanism features a helical gear reducer with all internal gears subjected to high-temperature quenching, significantly improving wear resistance and surface hardness. The electric motor is rated for heavy-duty intermittent operation, with IP54 protection class and F-class insulation as standard. Electrical components can be specified with Schneider or Siemens contactors, circuit breakers, and control relays for enhanced reliability. Control options include cabin operation with ergonomic joysticks, radio remote control with multiple speed settings, or a standard pendant station with emergency stop. Safety devices include a load-limiting torque clutch, upper and lower limit switches, a fail-safe electromagnetic brake, and a chain guide that prevents derailment. Optional features include overload protection display, dual-speed hoisting for precision positioning, stainless steel load chain for corrosive environments, and explosion-proof configurations for hazardous zones.
